Paddy's Award Winning Pilsener - 4.8% alc/vol
ReplyDeleteLocally grown Pilsner malts along with 3 additions of Czech grown Saaz hops, create a bouquet of malt and floral, spicy hop aromas, low fermentation temperatures and an extended lagering period result in a true Bohemian style Pilsner. Paddy's Pilsner was the only Australian made Draught Lager to pick up a gold medal at the 2009 AIBA.
The Old Regret - 5.8% alc/vol
ReplyDeleteThis is a strong Dark Ale. Rich mahogany coloured strong dark ale with tints of toffee and raisiny, blackcurrant dryness. English grown Goldings hops lend a distinctly floral hop flavour in the background. Perfect for enjoying by the fire place. If they liked the
Chocolate Porter they will love The Old Regret!
